About our Founder
Janice Taylor
Janice Taylor believes that most people are living with emotional systems they never learned how to use. Her work is rooted in the idea that clarity, resilience, and fulfillment are skills, not traits, and they can be trained. Through her work as a founder, speaker, and researcher, Janice has helped shape a new way of understanding emotional health that moves beyond insight into daily practice. What she is building now points toward a future where emotional fitness becomes a core part of how we live, lead, and perform.
The next evolution is already underway.
The Woman Behind the Vision
-

Founder
Janice Taylor is the Founder of AH-HA Healing, the world’s first Emotional Fitness School, and the visionary behind Wilson4Q, the world’s first emotional fitness AI intelligence platform.
A three-time tech founder, social entrepreneur, author, and internationally recognized speaker, Janice blends psychology, business strategy, and technology to create scalable solutions for emotional healing and performance. For over 30 years, she has developed and refined a groundbreaking approach to emotional fitness—one that trains the emotional system itself, rather than managing symptoms or behaviors.
Her work has empowered high performers, athletes, executives, creatives, and individuals in recovery to break free from limiting emotional patterns and achieve lasting transformation. Janice’s mission is bold yet simple: emotional fitness is your birthright, and it can be trained in as little as six months.

Background
Janice Taylor grew up in Saskatchewan, Canada, where early experiences of adversity and community shaped her lifelong curiosity about emotional pain, resilience, and human connection. These formative years sparked a deep interest in how emotional patterns form and how they can be transformed.
She holds a Bachelor of Psychology with an Honours Thesis focused on self-esteem and self-efficacy in women, and her work has since spanned more than three decades across psychology, technology, and wellness. Janice is currently completing her Master’s in Psychology at Harvard University, with an expected graduation in 2026.
As a mother and social entrepreneur, she became an early pioneer in online safety and social-emotional learning, exploring how digital environments shape emotional development, identity, and belonging. This integrated path of research, lived experience, and innovation laid the foundation for her work in emotional fitness—where science, compassion, and performance meet to create lasting, scalable change.
